1) At the the top of the NHRiptide.com page you’ll find a link to the “Coaches Portal.”

2) Among other things that will be collected here for you, is a link to your specific email box on the web.

This is the most direct route to your webmail with your browser. Click on your account, enter your password in the field on the next page, and get to work.

1) Locate and open your favorite email client. For this guide we will be working with Microsoft Outlook, on a Windows 11 PC, but the steps will be very similar on other platforms like IOS, Android, and MacOS. Once open select account information. In this case we open outlook and simply select the “File” menu. Click “Add Account.”

2) Input your email address in full (ie: sample@nhriptide.com) and select Connect, then select either “POP” or “IMAP” if requested. This protocol is your choice (I like imap).

3) On the next screens we’ll input all our email information, Ports, passwords and the like. If your client uses IMAP versus POP protocols, replace “pop.dreamhost.com” with “imap.dreamhost.com” and port “995” with port “993.” Be sure to check the box that asks if you require Authentication on outgoing connections. You do in fact need authentication.

4) If all information was input properly (and yes it can be confusing) you will usually be prompted for your password at this point. IF YOU HAVE A PASSWORD PROBLEM EMAIL THE ADMIN. I’ll be happy to reset it to whatever you’d like.

5) From here your client should connect, load all your information and inboxes, then display the mailbox for you to use normally.
